Welcome to Year 3!

Throughout the school day, Year 3 work extremely hard on their learning with the help of Mrs Cooper, Mrs Tucker, Mr Dunkin, Ms Parkinson and Miss Swash

This year, children in Year 3 are working hard to further develop their Growth Mind-set and independence skills through regular team building activities and PSHE lessons with our ‘Jigsaw Jaz’. Also, this term, we will be focusing on developing the children’s writing by including fronted adverbial sentence openers and ambitious vocabulary. The children have made a fantastic start on this already with their character descriptions based on Roald Dahl’s BFG.

With lots to look forward to this year, including a Faith Tour and a trip to Celtic Harmony we hope that Year 3 at Broxbourne CE Primary is one to remember!
