The relationship between Broxbourne CE Primary School and the Parish Church of St Augustine’s is really important to us.  As well as the clergy leading regular assemblies, members of the church are active volunteers throughout the school serving as governors, volunteer helpers and in a host of other roles. The clergy also take workshops for the children, for example ‘a day in the life of a vicar’ and host the school in the church for end of term assemblies and carol concerts.  Many of the members of our Children’s Church are pupils so it sometimes seems that almost everything that the church does has a link with the school!
